This is the story of Luc De Laet & Peggy Van Haver. It is one of enthusiasm, hard work and a healthy portion of healthy ambition. Thanks to many hours of healthy weekend and holiday work, Luc had learned the profession of meatcutter.
In 1992 they started their story in Hove, where Luc took over a business from the Hendrickx family. What started with a butcher’s shop in Hove has become much more: a wholesaler, a restaurant, a second butcher’s shop in the Antwerp City Brewery and even an exclusive Butcher’s gin.
In the meantime, the Laet & Van Haver has become an international concept and they supply with their wholesale department the restaurateurs Albert and Adria and they extend their catering business within Belgium as well as beyond the national borders.
Luc & Peggy will be happy to welcome you to their store in Hove, where the entire team will be happy to assist and guide you.
