Restaurant Bak only works with local products and serves a gourmet tasting menu. Vegetables have always played a very important role in our menus from the beginning of BAK (in 2012).
Since 2017 we no longer work meat from cattle, still there is meat and fish in almost every menu, but no beef, pork and chicken meat.
We emphasize wild meat and fish. Because of these animals it is better to guarantee that they have had a free life. This way we also only use meat or fish that is available at that moment.
We are convinced that this is the right way to a better world.
Every day we compile a fixed menu from local products that are best at the moment.
Of course we can take all allergies, diets or other preferences into account.
